The PETRACKR® App is not for diagnostic use. By using the PETRACKR® App, you acknowledge and agree that any information obtained from the PETRACKR® App is not designed to diagnose, prevent or treat any condition, disease or state of health your pet may experience.

You acknowledge and agree that the PETRACKR® App, and the related Software (as defined below), services, and content provided by Universal Biosensors, are intended for collecting, storing and tracking information about cats and dogs only, and not health information about humans, and are therefore not compliant with the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the PETRACKR® App, and the related Software, services, and content provided by Universal Biosensors, is consistent and compliant with all applicable privacy laws, if any, relating to your pet’s medical or health information.
